Now we are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by leading end-to-end B2B sales cycles in the beauty and retail sectors, build strategic partnerships with European cosmetics brands and retailers, and provide market intelligence and advisory insights to support HautAI’s expansion in key markets.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retail
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailers
  • Target key markets including UK, Germany, France, and other EU territories
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenue
  • Collaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clients

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide feedback to product development based on client needs and market demands
  • Represent Haut.ai at industry conferences and networking events

What we expect you to have to excel at this job:

Sales Excellence

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K range
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of the European beauty/skincare market or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical benefits to non-technical buyers
  • Existing network within UK/EU beauty or retail industries is a strong advantage

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable English
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics and market data
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in startup environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
